This is a traditional New Orleans sandwich made with a round loaf of Italian bread and filled with layers of salami, ham, cheese, and olive salad. It is often served cold, but can also be served hot.
Cut the Italian bread in half horizontally.
Spread the olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.
Layer the salami, ham, and cheese on top of the olive salad.
Top with the remaining half of the bread.
