                    Dice the chicken, bell pepper and onion into small pieces.
 Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it is no longer pink.
 Add the chopped bell pepper, onion and chilli powder to the pan and cook until vegetables are tender.
 Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture on half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and fold the tortilla over the filling.
 Heat a clean pan and cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
