Drain the tofu and press it between two plates for 15 minutes to remove excess liquid. Once pressed, cube the tofu.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and tempeh and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger powder and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
