Sprinkle the cooked sausage with flour, and stir until dissolved.
Gradually stir in milk, and cook until thick and bubbly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake biscuits according to package directions.
Split biscuits in half, and top with sausage gravy.

Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until it is nicely browned and no longer pink, breaking it up and stirring frequently as it cooks.
Once the sausage is cooked through, do not drain the fat. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir until all of the flour has been absorbed by the sausage fat.
Slowly stir in the milk, and continue to cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it thickens and comes to a slight boil. Be patient as this can take a few minutes.
Once the gravy has thickened, season it with the salt and pepper.
While the sausage gravy is cooking, bake your biscuits according to the package directions.
Once everything is ready, split your biscuits in half, and generously spoon the sausage gravy over the biscuits.
