The crust is made with graham crackers and the filling with key lime juice and condensed milk. They're perfect for any occasion and especially great for summer parties.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
Press mixture into bottom of baking dish
Bake for 10 minutes
Whisk together condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks
Pour over crust
Bake for 10 more minutes
Cool and refrigerate before serving
