Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice eggplant and potatoes into thin slices.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, eggplant, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, white wine, cinnamon and oregano.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until combined.
Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until sauce thickens.
In a 9x13 baking dish, layer the beef and vegetable mixture and top with béchamel sauce.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice eggplant and potatoes into thin slices. Place slices in a bowl of cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off any fat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, eggplant, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, white wine, cinnamon and oregano. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
