In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the sugar and eggnog, stir until well combined. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, add the white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
Allow the fudge to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares. This should take about 2 hours.
