Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish that translates to 'mixed rice.' It's a colorful and customizable dish that includes a base of warm rice topped with an assortment of sauteed and seasoned vegetables, a dollop of chili paste, and usually a fried egg. Each ingredient is carefully arranged on the rice to create a visually appealing meal that's as fun to look at as it is to eat.

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Then, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Julienne the carrots, slice the mushrooms, and rinse the spinach and bean sprouts.
In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and saute each vegetable separately. Season each with a pinch of salt.
In the same pan, fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
To assemble the bibimbap, add a scoop of rice to a bowl. Arrange the vegetables on top of the rice, and add a dollop of gochujang. Place the fried egg on top.
