In a medium bowl, mix together 2 cups of conch, 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Slowly add 1 cup of water and mix until a thick batter is formed.
Heat 1 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Drop batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. (Approximately 3-4 minutes per side)
Drain fritters on a paper towel-lined plate.
