In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add in eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
While cake is cooling, mix together condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream
Poke holes in the cake with a fork and slowly pour milk mixture over the cake
