Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the curry powder, cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in the dried fruit.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Whisk together the milk, eggs, vinegar, brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over the mince.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
