Clean the ribs and pat dry.
Mix all dry ingredients to make the rub.
Apply the rub to the ribs.
Smoke the ribs at 275°F for 4 hours.

First, remove the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs and clean them under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to make the rub.
Apply the rub to both sides of the ribs, making sure to cover all the meat.
Preheat your smoker to 275°F. Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down, and smoke them for 4 hours or until they are tender.
