This is a traditional Sierra Leonean recipe for a delicious fish stew. It's easy to make and full of flavor.

                                        1 cup Chopped cilantro

 Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
 Add tomatoes, coconut milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder and cumin powder.
 Simmer for 25 minutes.
 Add fish and cook for 5 minutes.
 Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.

 Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of ginger powder and 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
