This is a traditional Sierra Leonean recipe for a delicious fish stew. It's easy to make and full of flavor.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, coconut milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder and cumin powder.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Add fish and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
