Prepare the ingredients.
Cook the noodles.
Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables.
Add the sauce and noodles.

Cut the chicken into thin slices and chop the Chinese broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the rice noodles in warm water until they're soft, then drain them.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then add the garlic and chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for another minute.
Push everything to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble them and mix everything together.
Add the noodles and the sauce (made by mixing the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar together). Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with extra soy sauce if desired.
