                                        1 tsp Ground cardamom

                                        1 tsp Ground cinnamon

                                        4 cups Coconut milk                
- 
                                        1 cup Vegetable stock                
- 
                                        2 tbsp Lemon juice                
- 
                                        1 tbsp Brown sugar                
- 
                                        1 tbsp Salt

                                        2 cups Vegetables of your choice (e.g. carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, etc.)

                    Heat the coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
 Add the cumin, mustard and coriander seeds and cook for 1 minute.
 Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, garlic, ginger, chili powder, cardamom and cinnamon and cook for 1 minute.
 Add the coconut milk, vegetable stock, lemon juice, brown sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
 Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
 Add the vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes.
 Serve warm.
