In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, coconut, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
