Cook lobster in boiling water until fully cooked.
Remove meat from shell and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a saucepan, melt butter and add lobster meat.
Add brandy and flambe.
Add cream, paprika, and salt. Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve hot.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster and cook for 15 minutes, until the shell is bright red and the meat is cooked through. Remove from the pot and let cool.
Once the lobster is cool enough to handle, remove the meat from the shell. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Add the brandy to the pan and carefully flambe, allowing the alcohol to burn off.
Stir in the cream, paprika, and salt. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the Lobster Newberg hot, garnished with extra paprika if desired.
