Cut the lamb into cubes and place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, black pepper and salt.
Pour the marinade over the lamb and mix until all the cubes are evenly coated.
Cover the bowl and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, making sure to leave a bit of space between each cube.
Heat a grill to medium-high heat and place the skewers on the grill. Grill the kebab for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through.
Serve with a side of rice and vegetables.
