Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of ground paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Stir in 1 can of crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Crack 4 large eggs into the sauce, making sure to spread them out evenly.
Cover and cook until eggs are set, about 10 minutes.
