First, wash and slice the eggplants and potatoes. Then, fry them in a pan with a little oil until they are golden brown.
In another pan, cook the minced meat with the chopped onion, minced garlic, cinnamon, and allspice.
Once the meat is cooked, start layering the ingredients in a baking dish. Start with a layer of eggplant, followed by a layer of potatoes, then the meat.
Pour the béchamel sauce over the top of the dish, making sure it covers everything. Then, sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake the dish in the oven at 350°F for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
