                    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
 In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into four patties.
 Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side. Top with gorgonzola cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
 While the burgers are cooking, bake the potato wedges in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
