Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato, chicken and peas.
Stir to combine and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and serve.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add 1 cup of long-grain white rice, stirring to coat with oil.
Add 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, stirring to combine.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 cup of diced onion, 1 cup of diced bell pepper, 1 cup of diced tomato, 1 cup of diced cooked chicken and 1 cup of frozen peas.
Stir to combine and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and serve.
