 Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
 Add carrots, potatoes, tomato, and chicken stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
 Stir in parsley and cilantro and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

 Add 1 cup of chopped onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 Add 1 pound of chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
 Add 2 cups of chopped carrots, 2 cups of chopped potatoes, 1 cup of chopped tomato, and 1 cup of chicken stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
