Preheat your oven to 325°F. Prepare the crust by mixing the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture one at a time, making sure to beat the mixture well after each egg is added.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once the cheesecake is cool, top it with the blueberries.
