Add onion and fry until golden brown.
Add tomato and cook for a few minutes.
Add potato, green peas and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook until potatoes are tender.
Serve hot with rice or roti.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of cumin, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of chilli powder and 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds and fry for a few minutes.
Add 1 cup of onion and fry until golden brown.
Add 1 cup of tomato and cook for a few minutes.
Add 1 cup of potato, 1 cup of green peas and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
