Peel and core apples; cut into thin slices.
In a bowl, combine apples, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Brush pastry with melted butter.
Spoon apple mixture onto pastry.
Roll up pastry, and place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush top of pastry with beaten egg.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
