In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken, 1 cup of diced apples, 1 cup of diced celery, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, and 1/2 cup of raisins.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half before serving.
