Add the ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and black pepper and sauté for one minute.
Add the tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, green beans, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cooked chicken and stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
