A classic hotdish featuring tater tots, ground beef, and vegetables. This is an easy to make dish that can be put together quickly and is sure to please the whole family.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain the excess fat and transfer the cooked beef to a large bowl.
Stir in the cream of mushroom and celery soups, frozen vegetables, onion, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
Spread the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with the tater tots and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
