In a medium bowl, mix together the cumin, coriander, garlic powder, chilli powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, ground cardamom, and ground nutmeg.
Add the olive oil and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
