 Add the ribs to the pan and brown on all sides
 Remove the ribs from the pan and set aside
 In the same pan, add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cumin
 Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes
 Return the ribs to the pan and cover
 Cook on low heat for about 3 hours, until the meat is tender and can be easily shredded
 Remove the ribs from the pan and shred the meat
 Serve the shredded meat on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings
