Place pork cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cutlet into the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the cutlets in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
