Cut the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
Mix the groundnut cake, ginger, cumin, paprika, coriander, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and cardamom together in a bowl.
Add the vegetable oil and lemon juice to the spice mixture and mix until it forms a paste.
Marinate the beef in the spice mixture for 30 minutes.
Thread the beef onto skewers and grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Serve the Suya with onions, tomatoes, and other vegetables.
