In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon. Drain off any fat.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef mixture and cook until heated through.
Fill the taco shells with the beef mixture and top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. Serve immediately.
