Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt together in a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. The corn should be lightly charred and slightly softened.
Brush corn with mayonnaise mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes. The mayonnaise mixture should be lightly browned and bubbling.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
