Add the curry powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chili powder and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the coconut milk, vegetables and chicken and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cilantro and lemon juice and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
