Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lasagna sheets and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Drain the lasagna sheets and lay them on a kitchen towel to dry. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread 1/3 of the tomato sauce in the bottom of the dish. Top with a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by 1/2 of the remaining tomato sauce and 1/2 of the beef mince. Top with another layer of lasagna sheets and the remaining tomato sauce and beef mince. Top with a final layer of lasagna sheets.
Sprinkle the top with the grated parmesan cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
