Heat the Instant Pot on sauté mode
Add the olive oil and butter to the pot
Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add the chicken broth and spices
Add the chicken breasts
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual mode for 25 minutes
Once the timer goes off, carefully open the lid and add the frozen corn and peas
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode for 5 minutes
