Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill the steak for 7-10 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Cut the steak into thin strips.
While the steak is resting, grill the bell peppers and onions until they're caramelized and tender.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
Serve the steak, bell peppers and onions in the warm tortillas.
