Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken.
Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the yogurt and cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
