Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large pan, cook the ground beef and chopped onions over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are soft.
Add the paprika and cumin to the pan and stir well to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Lay out your empanada wrappers and spoon the beef mixture onto one half of each wrapper. Fold the other half of the wrapper over to cover the filling and press the edges together to seal.
Place the filled empanadas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the empanadas are golden brown and crispy.
