Peel, core, and slice the apples. Then, in a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix until apples are fully coated.
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie dish. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
Cover the apple mixture with the second pie crust. Seal the edges of the pie crusts together, and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
