Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of the vegetable sauce.
