Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic and ginger
Add tofu and vegetables
Stir in soy sauce

First, drain the tofu and cut it into 1-inch cubes
Next, heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for a minute until fragrant
Add the tofu and mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is golden
Finally, stir in the soy sauce and cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld together
Serve the stir-fry hot, ideally with a side of steamed rice
