Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Warm the tortillas, either in a skillet or microwave.
Divide beef mixture among the tortillas.
Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa.
