This vegan dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's easy to make and full of flavour. Seitan strips are combined with bell peppers, onions and spices to create a delicious fajita filling. Serve with warm tortillas and your favourite toppings.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seitan strips, bell peppers and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas, vegan sour cream and guacamole.
