Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.

Add the enchilada sauce and stir to combine.
