Place the bulgur in a bowl, cover with water, and let it soak for 20 minutes until it's soft
While the bulgur is soaking, chop the parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion
Once the bulgur is ready, drain any excess water and add it to a large bowl
Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the bulgur
Dress the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, and mix well
