Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala to the pan.
Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped garlic, 1 cup of chopped ginger, and 1 cup of chopped green chillies to the pan.
Stir everything together and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of vegetables of your choice and 1 cup of cooked meat of your choice to the pan.
Stir everything together and cover the pan with a lid.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, adjust the seasoning with salt.
Serve with rice or chapati.
