Add the 2 pounds of cod fillets and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the 2 cups of diced potatoes, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with crusty bread or over cooked rice.
